Will never get another vehicle from this place again. My husband and I buy new vehicles every 2 years, usually from Ford, this time he leased from Ford and I wanted a KIA Sorento so we leased that from Don Franklin KIA Somerset. Do not buy a Kia vehicle with a GDI engine (gasoline direct injected) after about 50,000 miles they use oil like crazy. Also I've had this Kia soul at the service department three times for recalls and this last time I needed to borrow a vehicle for about 10 minutes. The guy looked outside and said we don't have any now I'm looking at almost 200 cars, I'm thinking about telling them I want to test drive a new one and I bet they'll give me a vehicle then. The worst buying experience I have ever had. I would definitely not recommend this dealership. I personally will never buy here again!!! I would not trust a word they say! They lie to your face with you knowing they are lying, they will say anything to make a sale!

Very unprofessional likes to lie say your approved take your deposit and get insurance on the car and then have you wait for days and days to hear anything about your vehicle also likes to decimate against people who does 1099 wouldn’t buy from these people if I was it’s been 4 days and still waiting to hear
Out of all the places I've checked on buying a car this has to be by far the worst all car salesmen will to some point deceived you but these people don't tell you the truth on anything, they won't even tell you the price of a car all they want to talk about is a payment and that's it but from how they treated me I don't think they would tell the truth anyway. Everyone is very friendly. Clean waiting area is nice with courtesy drinks and snacks. TV to watch and magazines to look at. Close to restrooms.

Overall, we had an excellent experience in the process of purchasing our vehicle. The salesman was very helpful during the buying process. This is the second vehicle that we have purchased at this dealership and have been very satisfied.
We did not have an appointment and they took us right away. He was very pleasant and professional. He did not try to be pushy but pointed out things that needed attention.

The staff at Southeast Kia are always very nice and helpful. Their waiting room was well stocked with drinks and snacks. Restrooms were clean and well stocked.

I always get great service and the wait was expected be at 2 hours for a recall but they got it done within the time.

I'm a longtime Kia owner and have had Southeast Kia do my maintenance on all of my vehicles from day one so these guys know me pretty well. Bought a 2016 Kia Soul Jan. 2016. Nov ended up with a flat, bought a brand new tire & Jan. 19, that tire is flat. Had to have it towed to Southeat Kia because of no spare (stranded with 3 kids) Jan 20th they tell me that it has been slashed. Which is what they said the 1st time too. Said they had abused tire that was in perfect condition, get it and left only for my tire pressure light to come on. We were lied to from the start. We bought a certified preowned kia soul. We were told it had a full sized spare in it and it wasn't a "donut". There is no spare. After contacting the dealer several times and wasting two days at home on calls that never came. , I just quit wasting my time with them. Additionally they gave us "FREE" oil changes for life, only to find they charged us $499 for these "free" oil changes. Went to cancel that and they charge you $75 to cancel it. It should never ...
I bought a 2016 sorento I could not have asked for any better people to deal with. Spencer Wilson and Maria answered every question I had and did everything in their power to accommodate me and get the best price for me.
